We provide a welcoming, confidential and comfortable environment and have receptionists available to answer your enquiries and make appointments for you.

Individual Counselling

Where you make a contribution to the cost

Daytime

Monday - Friday 9am - 4.30pm.

Saturdays may be possible.

Evenings

Monday to Friday except Thursday 4.30pm - 8pm

Saturdays may be possible.

Employer Assisted Counselling

Your employer pays for your counsellor for an agreed number of sessions.
Monday to Friday (except Thursday) 9am - 8pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm
