Counselling is available between 9:00am and 7:30pm Monday to Wednesday and between 9:00am and 5:00pm on Thursday and Friday. Reception staff are available should you wish to contact us.

We aim to help you understand and resolve those aspects of your life, which have been difficult or have suddenly overwhelmed you. We have a welcoming, calm and comfortable environment in which counselling can help you to find and clarify your own strengths and resources.

The Centre is one of the largest counselling providers in Norfolk and is a registered charity. All our counsellors work in different ways according to their training but all aim to create a trusting and safe environment.
