Introduction To Embodied Practice Skills CPD with The Grove (Evening Session)

Are you looking to deepen your understanding of trauma-informed, embodied therapeutic practices?

Join The Grove Practice, in partnership with St Barnabas Counselling Centre and The Sue Lambert Trust for an immersive CPD workshop designed to enhance your skills and confidence in working with the body.

Who is this for

This CPD is ideal for therapists, counsellors, and other practitioners who want to:

  • Expand their skill in trauma-informed embodied approaches.

  • Integrate embodied practices into their therapeutic work.

  • Enhance their understanding of working with the felt sense and somatic experiences.

Follow-Up Supervision Groups

Deepen and integrate your understanding of the material with two 90-minute Zoom supervision sessions. These sessions will focus on applying embodied skills in your practices:

  • Wednesday 25th March, 6-7:30pm (Zoom)

  • Friday 27th March, 6-7:30pm (Zoom)

Zoom links and joining instructions for the evening session on 19th March and the supervision groups will be provided upon registration.

Additional Information

  • Feedback: Participants will be invited to provide feedback on the workshop to help us refine future training experiences.

  • CPD Certificate: All participants will receive a CPD Certificate from The Grove upon completion of the course.

St Barnabas Counselling Centre and Sue Lambert Trust are generously subsidizing the cost of this training.
